Chocolate covered strawberries.

During the beginning days of culinary school, my classmates and I held get togethers at each others homes.  For our first get together, I brought this. I have no idea what it is, or why I brought it.  During that time, I had no idea what “tempering chocolate” was, and just melted chocolate morsels to dip strawberries in.  As I got through my program in culinary school, I took a chocolates class and thought of this incident.
